Terms and Conditions

1. Registration Requirement

1.1. Every participant must complete the official registration process to join the Membership Plan and share the App for you t
1.2. All information provided during registration must be accurate and verifiable.

2. Monthly Purchase Requirement

2.1. Every member is required to make a minimum purchase of ₹1,299/- per month to remain active.
2.2. The minimum purchase amount must be completed within the same calendar month to retain earning eligibility.
2.3. Members who do not complete the minimum monthly purchase requirement (₹1,299/-) will not be eligible to earn any bonuses, payouts, or rewards for that month.

4. Team Purchase Requirements

4.1. To qualify for earnings, members must ensure balanced purchase volume from their left and right teams, as per the company’s earning slab table.
4.2. Earnings are calculated strictly based on the matching purchase volume between both legs (left and right).
4.3. If team purchases are not balanced according to the earning slab table, the member will not qualify for earnings for that cycle/month.

5. Verification & Compliance

5.1. The company reserves the right to verify member details, purchases, and team performance before processing any earnings.

6. Amendments

6.1. The company reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
6.2. Members are responsible for reviewing updates regularly.

7. Payout Schedule

7.1. All eligible earnings for the previous month will be credited on the 7th of every month.
7.2. Payments will be processed only for members who have fulfilled all eligibility criteria, including:

• Minimum monthly purchase of ₹1,299/-
• Balanced team purchase volume (Left & Right) as per the earning slab
• Active membership status
  7.3. If the 7th of the month is a bank holiday or non-working day, the payout may be processed on the next working day.
  7.4. The company is not responsible for delays caused by banking or technical issues beyond its control.
